When your character is ready, a save prompt will appear. Select Yes if you wish to save appearance data, then specify a location. Data for up to 40 characters may be saved, and can be selected to be used during cutscene playback at the main character selection screen.
* We have discovered an issue wherein the option to pin favorite hairstyles has been incorrectly named 'Hide All Bangs.' Please note this does not affect the functionality of the feature.
The Benchmark Score and Data
Starting the benchmark will cause several cutscenes to play. Once the cutscenes have completed, a score will be displayed. The score represents how well FINAL FANTASY XIV is estimated to run on your PC. Please use the explanations of the scores outlined below for reference.
* Please note that the score does not guarantee that your system will run FINAL FANTASY XIV. Please use it for reference only.

So, like many other people I upgraded to Windows 10. Everything runs smoothly at first. Not a problem to be seen, until I exit FFXIV the first time since the installation.
Every attempt to boot the game up greets me with a black screened launcher that's instantly 'Not Responding'. I've wandered the web looking for answers and tried a bunch of solutions posted in different forums with no such luck. Things like adding exceptions / turning off anti-virus software, port forwarding, Windows firewall exceptions / off, driver updates, resetting IE settings, running as admin. There's probably some others too.
One strange thing I've noticed is that the launcher did work one time after a complete reinstall, but I'm not reinstalling every time I want to get the launcher to work.
Any thoughts on how to get this patcher working again?
EDIT: Looks like I'm stuck resetting IE every time I want to open the launcher. Bandaid fix is good enough for now, until SE works on compatibility.

So, it's Friday night and I'd love to login and play some, but I can't! When I click the launcher to launch the game everything seems to come up fine - except for the fields I need to enter information into! There are no user ID, pw, or one time password fields. Any advice?
Update: Nonok, another player, replied to my post on the FFXIV forums with the following solution. It worked for me and I'm now in game playing. Thanks Nonok!
'Delete FFXIV_BOOT.CFG in 'C:Users<user>DocumentsMy GamesFINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn'. It will have you go through the EULA again and will take you directly to the play button.'

The ACT Parsing Plugin for Final Fantasy XIV
This project is to track releases and issues for the ACT FFXIV Plugin. The source code is not currently public.
The DLL file included in this project enables the multi-game parser Advanced Combat Tracker (ACT) to process and display combat information from Final Fantasy XIV patch 4.50.
DISCLAIMER: Use of this program is at your own risk. Square Enix does not permit the use of any third party tools, even those which do not modify the game. They have stated in interviews that they did not view parsers as a significant problem unless players use them to harass other players, so the consensus is to not discuss parsers or DPS in-game at all.
I have started a Discord server for discussions regarding this plugin. All are welcome to join, but keep in mind this is for the purpose of developing and improving the plugin, and so may be moderated if discussions go wild.https://discord.gg/ahFKcmx

Installation Instructions:
However, keep in mind that there are known problems with memory-only parsing that will cause some combat information to be lost. Network mode is more accurate, and should always be used when comparing parses between players.
